Romanus Shivoro

Dr. Romanus Shivoro, is the Acting Director for External and International Relations at the University of Namibia. He has wide experience and knowledge of internationalization of higher education, graduate employability, educational technology, and project management. His qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Education (University of Namibia); Master of Arts in Education (University of Lucknow, India); and a Bachelor of Education (University of Namibia).
